The Regulatory Report is a unique, Members-Only, product by the World Employment Confederation which provides annually an overview of the regulatory situation for the staffing industry, based on a survey conducted towards all its National Federation members.

The Regulatory Report 2022 features the regulatory situation in 31 countries across the globe, including all largest staffing markets. It surveys the different regulatory elements impacting the staffing industry under five pillars:

Conditions for establishment of a private employment agency
Conditions for the use of agency work services
Working conditions for agency workers
Social protection for agency workers
Social dialogue, collective bargaining, and self-regulation of agency work

The key findings are publicly available while more detailed data is only accessible for WEC Members (via the Members Area).
