The World Employment Confederation also supports international academic congresses such as Labour 2030, an annual congress organised by Law Academy (a Portuguese Institute of Knowledge), CIELO Laboral (a network connecting more than 600 researchers on work-related issues) and the Portuguese Young Labour Lawyers association, and ILERA, the International Labour and Employment Relations Association which aims to promote the study of labour and employment relations.
