Skills and labour shortages are a topic of growing predominance and concern for employers and policymakers across Europe. They risk hampering economic growth and job creation while also limiting labour market participation.

Our Managing Director Denis Pennel presented labour market analysis and policy recommendations recently developed by the private employment services industry in its Strategic Issue Paper “Making better matches. How the private employment services industry helps to reduce labour and skills shortages in Europe.”
