Exploring ILO Conventions 88 and 181

The Conventions 88 and 181 of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) form the international framework for the provision of public and private employment services. The World Employment Confederation (WEC) and the World Association of Public Employment Services (WAPES) are strong proponents of adequate regulation of employment services. To achieve their common goal of ensuring that more countries are adopting these vital standards, the two organisations hold a webinar on Thursday 28 November to unpack how the ratification of these conventions can benefit countries, public institutions, businesses and workers.
