Ewa Staworzynska, Director of Corporate Responsibility and Labour Affairs, United States Council for International Business (USCIB)

Ewa Staworzynska heads the Corporate Responsibility and Labour Affairs practice at USCIB, leading the organisation’s work on business and human rights, corporate social responsibility, and labour policy. Staworzynska is a US Federal Responsible Business Conduct Advisory Committee member, advising the government on their efforts to promote responsible business conduct. At the global level, Staworzynska is Chair of the International Organisation of Employers’ (IOE) Policy Working Group on Human Rights and Responsible Business Conduct. She also serves as the Vice-Chair of the OECD Business at OECD (BIAC) Employment, Labour and Social Affairs Committee and the First Vice-Chair of the labour track within the Organisation of American States (OAS). She is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the ILO-IFC Better Work program.

Aurélien Pozzana, Director Public Policy, Bolt

Aurélien is Director of Public Policy for Western Europe & EU at Bolt, the leading European urban mobility platform. He is also chair of Move EU, the European association of ride-hailing platforms. Bolt believes platform work should be recognized as economic empowerment and aims to support the hundreds of thousands of professional ride-hailing drivers and delivery couriers in Europe to grow their own businesses as independent entrepreneurs.

 

Mohamed El Derwy, Board member and delegation member at the International Labour Conference, World Employment Confederation & CEO, Manpower Egypt

Mohamed El Derwy is a visionary HR executive and one of the most influential voices in the staffing and outsourcing industry across the Middle East and emerging markets. He is CEO of Manpower Egypt, a leading USA workforce and payroll solutions group. He has built a regional powerhouse trusted by multinationals, government entities, and global employment networks. With over two decades of strategic leadership, Mohamed has led high-impact projects in cross-border employment, labour law modernisation, digital transformation, and workforce development. His expertise spans complex HR compliance, executive talent strategy, and building scalable, tech-enabled staffing models.

 

Internationally, Mohamed represents Egypt as a board member of the World Employment Confederation (WEC), where he drives policy engagement on platform work, private agency regulation, and inclusive labour markets. He is also certified in executive coaching by INSEAD, bringing a behavioural and leadership development lens to HR transformation. Passionate about people, Mohamed is a sought-after speaker and thought leader on the future of work, youth empowerment, and the intersection of technology and human capital.
