WEC Awards 2025

The WEC Awards put a spotlight on the role of WEC’s national federation members in advancing the private employment services industry and the enhancement of labour markets. Being the recipent of a WEC Award is showcases to industry peers, clients, partners and stakeholders the concrete contribution that private employment services organisations bring to society.

Four categories are open to competition:

1. Leadership in Social Innovation: Recognizing initiatives demonstrating exceptional leadership in creating positive social impact.
2. Outstanding Advocacy: Celebrating efforts that have significantly contributed to impactful advocacy for the industry.
3. Remarkable Initiative: Acknowledging outstanding projects and programs that have made a remarkable difference.
4. Trailblazer Award: A category where WEC National Federation members can nominate their own corporate members who have been trailblazers for the industry.

The competition is open to all WEC National Federations members. Applications should be submitted through a dedicated online platform. The application deadline is 31 January 2025. Finalists will be notified on 12 March 2025. The Awards Ceremony will take place during the World Employment Conference 2025 on 9 April, in Cape Town, South Africa.
