Pixid is at the forefront of recruitment tech, pioneering new ways to approach and tackle the various challenges this industry faces. Since its launch in 2004, Pixid’s award-winning VMS technology has provided recruitment suppliers, Managed Service Providers and their corporate clients with end-to-end visibility, control and governance of contingent staffing processes.
“As Pixid Group expands operations globally, our partnership with the World Employment Confederation (WEC) is an important step,” says Étienne Colella, CEO of Pixid Group. “By gaining access and actively participating in WEC’s global community, we hope to share and expand our collective knowledge. By doing so, we will help steer the staffing industry through this fast-shifting environment, to achieve a future paradigm of opportunity for all talent, underpinned by the technology this transition will require.”
As labour markets across the world continue to experience a global talent shortage and trends such as an increasing reliance on contingent workers, they face unprecedented challenges as well as opportunities. “At Pixid we are well aware of these challenges, and we are constantly seeking to innovate to meet the industry’s needs, drawing on over 18 years of experience,” adds Étienne. The company’s cutting-edge technology has been designed specifically to make life easier for contingent staffing suppliers, their end-clients and workers.
Pixid is not new to the WEC community. Through its long-standing sponsorship of the World Employment Conferences, the company has already been working closely with WEC members and the Affiliate Partnership is now taking this existing cooperation a step further.
Affiliate Partnership is a new offering proposed by the World Employment Confederation to vendors and suppliers relevant to the HR services industry who align with the confederation’s principles and can contribute to its global community of national federations and workforce solutions companies. The World Employment Confederation already counts LinkedIn amongst its Affiliate Partners.
