WEConversations #4 | Rise of the Green Collars: How the Green Revolution Impacts Skills

At the heart of making the green transition a reality, the need for green skilled labour only grows. But where are those green skills needed? How are they developed, and how many people will be needed to achieve the green revolution? On 13 December, the OECD and LinkedIn will share some of their insights in a new session of the WEConversations webinar series.

With each passing day the green transition is moving at breakneck speed from theory to fruition, rocking traditional sectors and opening doors to new opportunities. At the heart of making the transition a reality, the need for green skilled labour only grows.

To highlight where those green skills are needed, how they are developed, and how many people will be needed to make the transition a success, the World Employment Confederation is featuring the insights of the OECD and LinkedIn for the latest WEConversations session of the year.

Join us on Wednesday, 13 December, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM CET to hear from Glenda Quintini, senior economist and head of the Skills Team at the OECD, and Adam Hawkins, Head of Search & Staffing at LinkedIn, to learn their unique perspectives on green skills and the green transition.
